33 Best Stops Between West Berlin and Cape May (2024)

Located on the famous Boardwalk and beach of Atlantic City, Caesars Atlantic City offers an experience like no other when it comes to luxury ancient Rome-themed hotels. Offering ocean views and rooms with modern interiors, guests can relax in the on-site Qua Baths and Spa or take advantage of all that the city has to offer. There is also a seasonal outdoor pool, fitness center, multiple treatment rooms, and more.

Our room was perfectly clean, there was a super fancy TV (hidden inside the bathroom mirror!) and ultimately we had a great experience. My boyfriend and I came in on a Thursday morning for a weekend music festival and decided to stay here. We arrived at around 10AM, but were told check in is at 4PM so we’d have to pay $25 to check in early.Thankfully, the lady at the desk upgraded us to an even nicer tower with a beautiful view! The service was always super fast and friendly, the ONE thing I’d wished we had was a microwave.Overall fantastic experience here, and I can’t wait to go again!

I pretty much grew up here, sounds weird but true. I still love coming here, it's so nostalgic now. It's 1 of the best casinos in Atlantic City and a must visit. The food has always been great here and I expect nothing less. Parking is decent. Rates can be high unless you have a higher tiered card. Rooms are very nice, spa is beautiful & it connects to the Boardwalk.

Caesar’s is definitely on the higher end. Rooms are clean modern and up to date. Atlantic City overall needs to offer more when it comes to entertainment. People want to come here but not everyone wants to gamble or at least not only gamble. There’s just nothing to do here especially in the winter. Dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s pub was excellent all around. I could not last in the casino more than 30 minutes due to the smoke. It just seems so foreign to be indoors and have people smoking. I feel great empathy/sympathy for the workers who have to deal with that every time they work.

When I was here, there was only a pool for 21+. There were absolutely no pools for children and overall the place didn’t have many fun things for children. I recommend going to a different hotel if you have kids. This place was very nice and fancy. I also recommend that you do not go to the tower closest to the front desk.

I went to AC for an annual get together and the trip down was horrendous. I asked the front desk to change my room to a king bed, none of which were available, however I was upgraded to a junior suite that was pure luxury. The property was well maintained and smelled delightful. The website needs updating to reflect the current amenities and restaurants. The legendary buffet has not reopened since COVID.

Always a great experience at Caesars! The suites are amazing! The service is great and the atmosphere is Caesars. Great food at the Pub (Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill). Nice options too regarding the types of rooms and locations of. Definitely worth a stay!

I have stayed at Caesar’s hotel recently and many times in the past. Over the years it has gotten more silent in the hotel. Hopefully things will get more lively soon. The rooms are clean and you’ll have a lot of options to choose from for restaurants. However, this is a great location for going on the boardwalk and shopping near the outlets.

Arrived 2.5 hours past check in time, our room still wasn't clean and ready. Paid for full ocean view, was put in a corner view, due to booked room being nit cleaned yet. No sign at check in telling you to wait till invited up. When anyone went up without being called, female lead snottily told you to get back in line. NO friendliness at check in, or courtesy towards customers. No coffee in room for coffee maker. Going down to front desk for some only gave you a speech about a phone # in a text we never got. Non Carpet area in front of TV was nasty sticky! No waitress service in cassino at slots, had to buy your own drinks. Not enough waitresses to even keep up at the tables, and this was off season! Was not impressed! Parking ramp was confusing, as no ticket upon entering, but when asked front desk, they explained you give the - 5 coupon they gave and you pay 10 for Parking.

Caesars Atlantic City has always been our favorite on the Boardwalk. Since our flight was delayed upon arrival to the hotel, they had no room available in the Centurion Tower which is what we had booked. They placed us in Forum North which was smoke filled and totally dirty. The bathroom had not even been cleaned. Very old furnishings and no view. We were very disappointed but the desk clerk said there was nothing else available. The next morning I went down to the desk to see if anything was available yet in the Centurion Tower and our very gracious front desk clerk "Elvira" searched endlessly for me until she graciously was able to get us a room in the Centurion Tower. Elvira was very professional and went above and beyond her job to help us in this situation. She could tell we were very saddened by the experience in the Forum Tower. Elvira should be commended for her efforts. We had fun and the rest of our stay was fabulous. I thanked her again when we checked out.

Firstly, Sonya the front desk agent was amazing, she was the epitome of stellar customer service and hospitality. Secondly, the Room!! It was my first stay at Caesar's, and I stayed in an Ocean Tower King Suite! The room is absolutely beautiful and very spacious!! Thirdly, there is plethora of different options of machines or tables to choose from in the casino if you’re a big gambler. I won $400+ off of $20! Lastly, come early if you want to experience the things on the boardwalk, because if you are someone who needs constant entertainment you’ll be bored if you didn’t come to watch a show or the boardwalk is close..The Wild Wild West has live music and the casino has a DJ. My husband and I had a great time but we only stayed one day! We'll definitely be back in the summer!!

The self check in feature was easy and quick. 3 mins after I arrived, I was in my room unpacking. I got a room on the “ocean” tower, and the room is pretty nice. A modern, yet slightly upscale vibe. Very spacious (although it’s just ME), and very simple. The bathroom is very spacious, and the toilet is behind a closed door, which is even better. The shower is spacious and a very nice size.

R. B — Google review

I feel like the rooms here are much cleaner than other hotels so please keep that up! Check in/out was quick. I only wish their was more options for places to eat and shopping connected to this hotel. What is there now is empty and its such a convenience to have those amenities in your hotel. All in all it was a good visit and would return.

Amanda S — Google review

The customer service while reserving the room on the phone was top tier. In person, during check-in, not so much. However once we were finally moved to the newly updated room, the actual room we booked, the experience was much better. (Would have rated a 4 had the front desk experience been more professional). Paid for an early check in but still didn't receive the proper room until well beyond that time.

We had a good time here. Mainly played some slots. We didn't really win anything, but didn't lose anything either. Just mostly a bunch of playback. The casino was clean and easy to navigate. I just wish there was a bit more selection of slots.

Even though the rooms are clean (I stayed in renovated room) the rooms are limited - no balcony, no way to open the window, no fans.Service staff was very friendly and responsive - rock stars !Located in the middle of everything.Basically this is a very gambling place with a lot of machines and everything to play. Beautiful architecture. Whenever I was walking to my room with my child - security warned me I cannot be walking in the gaming space with a child, but how can we get to the room if we don't walk through it?All the rewards and points - they are tricky. Overall, I had 3 star experience. And the pool was closed. SPA was so-so too

We had a great experience at Caesars Atlantic City! We had a renovated panoramic room in the Centurion Tower. Everything was updated, had new fixtures, and new outlets and ports were added throughout the room. Loved the huge shower, and the room was so quiet! Lots of food and beverage options as well. Easy access to the boardwalk. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Kenisha. Shes the one. There was a situation with checking in but she handled it with ease. She did have help but I do not know her name. It took a little over an hour and she was there at every step. Even gave good recommendations for food and things to do.The hotel room was nice and well put together. Very spacious for the double bed room.Water in the city had an issue and the hotel was very prompt in getting the information delivered. They even gave waters and more upon request.I will say parking is a bit of a bear. Be forewarned the spaces get filled up fast but the higher up you go from level 3 the more spots are available.Overall it was a great experience.

Let's start with the wait and length of the line to check in, how about adding another person at the desk? Family of ours got there earlier and clearly their room was ready but they had to pay a $15 early check in fee to get in their room before 4 pm. They're just making money hand over fist at these casino's, crazy to charge that fee.We were a party of 7 gambling in the casino together well over 5 hours and received exactly ONE, that's right ONE, complimentary drink. That drink we had to practically beg and stop a waitress to serve us. The one in our area hadn't come around and did not come back around after that round. Shameful. We were really looking forward to that. But again making money now at the bar.The rooms were comfortable and clean, tho in the "ocean tower" the view was of another roof covered with rocks and other buildings. However in the morning you'd think there was a staff meeting in the hallway that they had to yell to communicate apparently. Also the room being cleaned next to our adjoining door the vacuum was left upright and on for over 10 minutes before I went over to ask them to please turn it off. Mind you we were not hungover, we couldn't get drinks, but it's early, a day off, and really didn't need to be woken up like that. There's so many casinos in AC there's no need to go to one of the oldest, old man casinos where you can't even get comped drinks.

Great hotel and casino. The service was great, rooms were wonderful as was the food. I ate at an Asian restaurant, a lounge, and Gordon Ramsay's pub. Parking is at a costing depending on how long you're staying. I was there to attend a concert, the venue was about 5 mins from Caesars, very convenient!

Shirlonda S — Google review

The hotel is beautiful. Make sure you really plan out your stay before booking. The boardwalk was deserted, with most of its shops closed down. Several restaurants and the spa are closed certain days of the week. The casino was a lot of fun, and we were able to eat at one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants, but the stay was a bit boring. The room was nice though. Not terribly disappointed, but I’m not sure that I’ll return.

Annessa G — Google review

Nice hotel. Convenient to the boardwalk and many restaurants. We tried the famous Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant downstairs for breakfast and the bakery which stays open 24/7. The bed was very comfy and pillows were great! No microwave in room. Price was fair. Parking was $20. Parking should be free in my opinion for hotel guests!

Myhonest R — Google review

The rooms were really nice. We needed extra towels that never came so service is not so great. Easy access to the boardwalk were we went to the beach. Nice beach, had to go to another hotel area to get chairs and umbrella though. The casino was great lots of non smoking areas. We will be going back.

Rod D — Google review

Stayed here recently with my wife. Hotel was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The casino is great other then the drink system on the slots. Why make customers wait twenty minutes between drink orders? Especially if you just want to order something non alcoholic like a soda or a water. It doesn't make any sense. I like the casino but I would rather be at Hard rock where I can order something whenever I want. It's too bad because Caesars would be my favorite otherwise.

William S — Google review

Caesar's is a nice hotel. Really clean rooms. Wish there could have been more eating options available, there was basically only 2 places open to eat other than the "convenience" shop (which we were told does not offer points for Cesar's Rewards)--Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Morton's the Steakhouse. When checking-in, if you are going to self park, you must park your vehicle first and then check-in. If you valet, there is someone to help you with your luggage. If you want to go to the pool, you have to make a reservation to do so.

Had a wonderful two night stay this week! Stayed in the Centurion Tower, which has recently been renovated. Rooms are stunning and comfortable.Housekeeping staff was fantastic.Only complaint - food options are limited during the weekdays.Highly recommend!

Come P — Google review

I give this 4 stars only because while visiting we had to contend with the on going construction that really took away from the aesthetic of the hotel. However, you can see that there are some nice upgrades coming. We were fortunate to upgrade our room to the Senator Suite and it was quite breathtaking. Very modern…and the bathroom - you have to experience for yourself. The hotel is located in a central location so it makes casino hopping easy. I don’t know when I will be back to AC but when I do I will definitely be back to see the hotel updates.

I only came through to gamble while waiting for my restaurant reservations.Upon entering from the boardwalk, the doors slam shut, this was an issue when we last visited late last year. I’m not sure if they don’t know or done care, but it brings the class level down in m my eyes.I like the play the slots and I understand there is a certain percentage of win/lose when you play, but as far as slots go, the percentage of losses is much higher here than any other casino I have been in. I tried some slot machines right next to Hells Kitchen, and the first machine I tried took $15 from me and had a screen glitch. When I clicked OK, the error went away, but so did my $15, without being able to play any games, so I hit the “service” button. While waiting for the “service” person to show up, I found 2 other people waiting for service due to malfunctioning machines. I never did get to see the service person as it became a choice to miss my dinner reservation, or get my $15 back. Now, $15 is nothing, but it’s enough to show me their customer service level and how I will never play one more dime at their casino, nor will I stay there. They have a lot of work to do, and judging by the doors from the board walk being broken so long, they have no intention of fixing their problems. I’m sure they won’t miss my lost business, but I won’t miss their bottom tier service.Reply to response from the owner:I would be willing to come back and try, would you be willing to fix the issues I talked about in my review?

Our first time in AC and Caesars. Parking lot was superb and easy to access. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The check in line was long and we used the kiosk and checked in in advance online. Only one of the two kiosks was working. Please install more! The room was clean and spacious. Very quiet as well. We paid about $600 for 2 nights. In house dining is excellent but prices are high.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. We stayed in a newly renovated Centurion tower room with a nice ocean view. Room was clean and came with a small refrigerator which came in handy. I loved the hidden back lighting behind the television and the beds! The only downside I saw was lack of food options, especially later in the night. We did try the pizza place upstairs because it was open and ew! Won't do that again! Also knowing the location on the beach, I was still mortified when I felt something crawling on my foot at a slot machine, I was wearing heels, to look down and see a huge cockroach!!! All I know is I showed my husband and then it disappeared into the slot machine or something but never did see any in the rooms or elsewhere. Fun location right on the beach! The casino seemed to lack life no matter the time of day and they need some new games in there. We opted out of housekeeping but a text to ivy took care of extra towels and toiletries in a fast delivery! Would most definitely stay again!

One on the most horrible experiences I had so far with hotels.Rooms and service:The rooms have potential since they have interior from high quality. The issue is, they are not kept clean. At my stay I had to ask for another room since there were huge yellow and brown/red stains on the beds. Not on the mattresses, but the sheets, so they could have been easily washed. The room they offered was just with a king size bed, but since we were three adults they promised to bring another bed. After a couple of hours and a walk on the very sad beach we came back to the room to see no other bed.We decided to go for dinner and give them some more time to bring the bed. After dinner we came back to find none.Back at the reception I was promised it would be in the room within the next 20 minutes. After half an hour I called to be told no one of their team ever asked housekeeping for another bed.15 minutes later we had the bed.It was a tiny uncomfortable bed. Luckily I couldn't enjoy it for too long since housekeeping decided to clean the rooms next to us during the night and as noisy as possible.Still I'm sitting here with my back hurting and thinking "at least the bad was clean".The location:It's one of the saddest cities I've ever been to.Most of the buildings need some renovations badly. Other buildings look like they were never completed. Probably the investors saw no profitability in that location anymore. The beach and the promenade are not maintained and the people walking or sitting around look like they lost any hope for a better life.

I had a great experience but don’t give the parking attendant your hotel voucher for $5 off parking and see if they only charge you $10. I think they’re running a scam. The sign said $10 for parking, I gave them the $5 voucher and $5 in cash. They said it was $15 and I owed another $5. Next time I won’t give the voucher and see if it’s still only $10. If it’s $15, fix the sign that says it’s $10 because that’s a good hustle. And there’s a lot of homeless walking around begging for money. I blame government, not the hotel. Awesome place tho.

If you want a nice quiet peaceful stay this hotel isn't it. The walls are paper thin to where yoy can hear everything the person next door says and does. The beds are extremely small as well. Only positive is the rooms are very clean.

Kevin M — Google review

The room was very nice, very clean and well stocked. I would suggest that you book with the Ceasars app or website, they offer comps quickly. The check in was quick and easy, staff was helpful, making sure we knew what was open and the choices that we had for food. The only issue that was not Ceasars fault was the adjoining room occupants of the non smoking room were smoking weed, I'm not a fan of the smell, but the front desk did accommodate a mo e for us, I will definitely go back, it's a large casino, but set up well enough you don't have to walk a mile to get to the boardwalk.

One word: Filth. There are homeless people in the lobbies, casino floor, and bathrooms. There are actually signs inside that say not to bathe in the sink. The pictures below are my view, are the “clean” pillows, sheets, and towels that I returned to my room to see over a 3 day period. None of those hairs are mine. And the towels were in such poor shape that I actually had to use a hand towel to dry. Housekeeping Never vacuumed. I didn’t hear a vacuum in the building my whole stay. This place was disgusting!! I left early. They covered my resort fee, but it seems no one really cares. This plus the rudeness of the dealers and the fact that I could always count on seeing an elderly security guard within 10 feet of where I was and not handling the vagrants ensures that I will NOT be returning, comped or not…

One of the most luxurious hotels till now i have seen in United States. We went off season so found a pretty worth deals to stay in there for 2 nights 2 days. They have free parking if you are staying with them just don’t forget to collect your free parking pass from front desk. Also you can be a Caesar member for free just if you have a valid United States id. It can help you to collect points which you can utilize in their casino. The casino floor has allot of machines and tables too. The dealers are friendly and if you are a new comer they will explain you too how to play. The casino is open whole night. If you are playing on the table you can get a drink for free just don’t forget to tip the waitress. They have 2 Gordon Ramsay’s restraunts in there itself. One named Gordon Ramsey pub and grill and other is hell’s kitchens. You will also find Starbucks there. They have a small bakery too along with that they have one pizza place too that stays open till 2am est in the night. To go to The rooms floor you have to punch in your card in the lift then only it will work. Liked the feature also the rooms were pretty spacious. l loved the stay there.

This hotel is expensive even though it is much further from the central part of the strip. And they charge to go to the pool even when you are a guest at the hotel which is actually insane considering the size and quality of the pool here compared to other pools nearby. I have never had to pay for a pool inside of a resort hotel if I was staying in the hotel. Absolutely insane. Also the prices for the cheapest pool option fluctuate daily and can be anywhere from 15-50 dollars a person. FOR THE CHEAPEST OPTION. In reading other reviews the management just changes that pricing whenever they feel like it so thats crazy. If you want people to spend money in your old smokey smelling casino then maybe include more luxuries for YOUR guests ALREADY PAYING FOR YOUR EXPENSIVE ROOMS. People don't want to spend money on your fine dining or your pool bars when they had to pay to get in to your pool in the first place. It's just a bad business model.

I have stayed at many Caesars properties in Vegas and have had very pleasant experience. So, I was very delighted when Caesars in Atlantic City comped me for my 3 night stay. The check in experience was good and at initial glance, the room seemed fine. Later I found out that they do not clean rooms every day. You expect that from a 4 star hotel. No in room food service. Everything in the room was of the roadside motel quality. As far as the casino goes, I play table games and was very disappointed that there were only a handful of tables for the “carnival “ games. Casino staff was friendly but lack of choice of tables and games was the big disappointment.Overall, a huge disappointment in the hotel as well as the casino and will never return to this property.

I don't write a ton of reviews but we had such a great time at Caesar’s that it left some nice memories. The vibe and nightlife in AC during the weekend is amazing. The entire casino was clean and staff was helpful. Their Sportsbook also has one of the best promos in the industry. The only downside to our stay is that there were a lot of up-charges that weren’t included in the stay (ex. to use the pool/spa). They should really change that. Overall, good 4 star experience!Note: I recommend booking for Friday or Saturday. Of course, they'll be the most expensive options but it'll be worth it if you want the best experience. The best advice is to book a few months in advance. I booked back in July and the pricing wasn't all that bad but I noticed their pricing gradually increased every few weeks.

I haven’t stayed here in years and I was impressed with my most recent stay. The changes were a pleasant surprise. I still find being able to walk indoors to wild Wild West a positive! The atmosphere was a positive vibe all around! Can’t wait to book our next stay!

I did not check in, only went for a day of gambling? Caesars is very well kept with plenty of parking and many tables open during the day with low minimum bets. I will definitely be returning, did not have a good day at tables, however, we had a great day.

This hotel is a very beautiful gorgeous hotel. The architecture and the beautiful Roman sculptures are very captivating. The room is beautiful, very spacious and equipped with everything that you would need. The bed is like sleeping on cloud 9 after a very long day at the beach, maybe crying from the amount of money lost or won at the casino or walking the boardwalk. The shower and the water pressure was amazing not like other places where the pressure is weak. We book the ocean view in the centurion tower, we literally got the view it was amazing. If you’ve never stayed here before I recommend it.

Caesars is alright. They do a pretty good job, but it is a little long in the tooth. They need to upgrade everything quite a bit to make it desirable again. I doubt they will since it is AC and things are not great there. It is a decent vacation though and is worth your time if you can get decent pricing

I was told by three different different people that parking was free with a military Caesars reward card upon checking out of the garage. I was charged $35 for parking. I called immediately to dispute the charges and was told just to email my receipt and I would be reimbursed. When I did I went back-and-forth with a woman named Jasmine, who gave me a credit on my Caesars reward card. After I told her I didn’t want that as I’ll ever be going back to that facility again. I said please credit back my credit card that I used to pay for the hotel. She said she can’t do that because she has no way of knowing how I paid for parking. Although my receipt said right on it that I paid $40 and then I received five dollars cash back. It was clearly stated on the receipt that I provided her an image of in the email. I asked her three separate times for corporate information and she ignored my messages. It took her almost a week to get back to me with the information, we paid $394.00 that’s with the military discount for this room to stare at a brick wall with absolutely no light coming into the room. It was in an alley with car alarms, going off all night and large delivery trucks coming at all hours. There was a wet substance all over the floor when we arrived. We had two towels for four people. We went out into the hall and asked housekeeping two times to bring us more towels. They never arrived so we had to share two towels. We paid $15 to check in one hour early. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the entire time we were there. When I complained about all of this when I left no one at the front desk offered to do anything about it. Also my rewards card was not working. I wanted to redeem my points before I left because I spent quite a bit of money while I was there. I was told the front desk couldn’t help me and the rewards counter wasn’t open until 10 so I guess I was out that money too. A whole debacle with the parking situation could’ve been avoided if someone at the front desk had just given me a voucher but apparently when you go down to the front desk and check out you’re no longer a guest at the hotel. That would’ve been nice to know when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do before going down to my car because apparently you get charged for parking once you’re not a guest. It would’ve been nice if they had told me that and provided me with a voucher check out . Seems like a bit of a bait and switch. I also specifically asked when I checked out is there anything else I need to do before I go down to the garage? It’s like the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing over there.

Trina D — Google review

Probably one of the most confusing self parking situations ever. There's no signs!! We valeted every other time. It's almost too spread out. Rooms were clean and modern, service was excellent. But the mixed drinks were light on alcohol. They were expensive if you weren't gambling. But if you're playing "a certain amount" BTW, you get freebies. The staff were excellent though.

The Worst Stay of My Life – Avoid at All Costs!”I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the check-in was delayed, and the gentleman at the reception quoted £279 per night. I decided to book through Booking.com instead for £169, but the problems only got worse from there.First, there were no towels in the room, which was extremely frustrating. Then, I found out there’s no room service after 11 PM, and even worse, there wasn’t any bottled water available. I had to wait for ice to melt just to have a drink of water—completely unacceptable! What really pushed us over the edge was that the pool was supposedly included in the package, according to the information on Booking.com. However, when we tried to use it, the staff demanded extra charges. At that point, we had enough and checked out immediately. The hotel staff showed zero care or concern for their misleading information or the poor service they provided. This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! Save your money and go somewhere that values their guests.

I love to stay at Caesars. The bathroom is big, the shower is amazingly huge. it's all glass and even has an area for you to sit and enjoy. I had to call housekeeping approx 3 times to get wash clothes... It's was strange and the very first time there weren't any.

There's a hotel I vow never to set foot in again. The room was crawling with bed bugs, and the staff? Utterly appalling. On what should have been our cherished first wedding anniversary, they went out of their way to make it a nightmare. There was not even a hint of hospitality in their treatment of guests. And when we dared to complain about the bed bugs, their response was outrageous. They offered a room change and a measly $50 coupon, as if that could erase the horror of our $700 suite infested with bugs!We were instructed to reach out to Risk Management for additional compensation, but were given an incorrect phone number to call, and were told to do so only on Monday, after we had already checked out.Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you're planning to mark a special occasion. It's a recipe for disappointment and ruined memories.

In short, my experience wasn't terrible, but I would hesitate to book here again. I was attending a work conference and had a confirmation number for my reservation, but was told there weren't any rooms because there was another conference. They ended up having to call someone on their day off who then had to "release" rooms for our stay. The staff was great, not their fault, but their booking/check-in process seems problematic. Took about 30 minutes to get it resolved. The room in Centurion Tower, I can say was very nice. Very clean, everything was easy to figure out. Bathroom was exceptional for hotels. I did have one kinda cold shower, but not so cold that it made me upset. The walls were pretty thin and I could hear the movie from next door very clearly. With the casino, there's an absence of the typical hotel bar. There are advertisements of bars with specials but they're not open every day. So we ended up at the "Toga" bar and it was $12 for a Miller Lite. Really exorbitant. $8 For a bag of chips at whatever the "Emperor" shop was called. I ended up walking some considerable distances for food and drink.

5 star rating, in my opinion. Everything was all around fancy from the casino to the rooms. Almost felt like I wasn't in A.C., more like Vegas. Would recommend to anyone looking to escape from the everyday stress of life to have some fun and live like the ruler of the Roman empire.

So we made a reservation for one night for a standard king room in the Forum North Tower. We paid an extra $30 fee for a request for early check-in, which was accepted. We arrived at approximately 1:30 pm and our room still wasn't ready. And it still wasn't ready by the normal check-in time of 4:00. I made a complaint with the hotel clerk and she was very kind and upgraded us to a junior king suite that was available in the same building. The room was very nice. We were very appreciative. However, if a customer pays a fee for early check-in, then housekeeping should be directed to clean that room first, so the room will be ready by the time the customer says they will arrive. That was poor planning on the part of hotel staff. We ate dinner at the Gordon Ramsey's Pub & Grill, which was delicious! But we felt we had no choice but to eat there because all the other restaurants there had a very high price point. Many items on the various menus were astronomically expensive. The Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill was the only place, it seemed, that had items within our price range. The last thing that we had a concern with was the slot machines. We are not big gamblers, but my wife and I enjoy playing the slot machines. We were disappointed with the number and quality of the slots. It seems the number of slot machines has greatly diminished over the last few years and the ones that are there are simply no fun to play. Not because we didn't win. Just very boring with no exciting bonus features. All the fun, exciting games that used to be there have simply vanished. And there are many empty areas in the hotel that sit empty or are boarded up. The Wild West Casino is almost non-existent! Very, very sad. I think it'll be a long time before we consider returning to this establishment, unfortunately.

Loved my visit. It's an awesome property enjoyed. We road around the city in a Jitney bus, $3 each. A little bumpy, roads are rough . Still a great way to check out the other casinos if you don't have a ride . Everyone friendly, drinks are long awaited. Slots are older but you can win something.,lol I didn't stay at this casino.

This has to be one of the cleanest 'resorts' I have been to. It's spotless! That's only surprising since I never saw anyone cleaning! That tells me they go out of their way to run the casino without inconveniencing the guests. The hotel layout is simple so finding the room wasn't a chore (elevators are bizarre but figured that out. Room 8009 is on 10th floor)

Super gross. The hotel was absolutely filthy. We stayed in the South Tower and the carpet had holes where parts had been removed, the shower had mold and would not drain, and every surface was grimy. The towels and sheets were white and very stained. I've been to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and thought this would be similar quality. I was very wrong. Protect your money and immune system and find someplace else.

Stayed at the centurion tower, with a great view of the Atlantic ocean. The room was clean. There were chargers for the cell phone, the bathroom was nice with a nice sink mirror. Had basic amenities including a coffee machine. It was a little confusing to figure out the centurion tower from the lobby initially.4 stars out of 5 as there were not many food options at 10pm and everything was almost closed except a non sitting cafe at the main lobby. Expected more from a big casino hotel. The Caesar hotel is big with great architecture. Have not been to any other hotel in Atlantic city so nothing to compare for us.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Caesar’s. The room was spacious and the view lovely. I particularly loved the shower and the entry way. Lots to do within the hotel. We discovered the Sports area in the Wild Wild West area .., now that was fantastic. Enormous screens to watch sports and plenty of seating. Casino games and dance floor, restaurants and bar area. Impressive. All in a non smoking atmosphere. The hotel is luxurious filled with Roman decor depicting the Caesar era. Right on the Broad Walk so you can step right outside for a leisurely walk or sit and people watch.

Pretty disappointed picked here because of location n close to everything I wanted to do. I picked early check-in for 30 extra at 12pm n day before I got confirmation email I had it. Worked all night had no sleep n drove hr n a half for my check-in, get here n kiosk tells me not ready yet. I go to front desk n they confirm it's not ready but I'm here so now it becomes priority n I will still have to pay the 30 for early check-in even though now it's after my early check-in time but before regular check-in at 4pm. I was given a voucher for 5 off parking for my troubles like come on. About an hr later I get email it's ready so I had a change of heart n was in a better mood cause I didn't have to sit on floor n carry luggage around anymore. I get to my room n smell weed immediately which doesn't bother me I picked a smoking room n it's legal, plus I indulge occasionally. My problem is that there was roaches on counter n 2 on floor, sticky rings on counter from drinks, matches on floor, n cigarette burns on carpet. I mean idc but are u gonna try n blame me for this n take the 150 off my card saying I did it? Also wanted to shower n the thing says it goes up to 100° but when I cranked it up to that I can say it barely was 60°-70° I was shivering in the shower! Also I'd think that this would be mainly adults but not the case! Definitely kid's running wild down the hallways no more then 10yrs old. Not sure if I'd recommend or not u can make that decision from this.

Horrible experience, rude, unapologetic, arrogant front desk staff, had reservations since February for ocean view room/king beds...family celebration event, gave room to someone else earlier. Completely insane and ridiculous and someone needs to be held accountable. Additionally, in spite of the high price of their rooms, you must pay for a chair if you want to use their small postage sized outdoor pool, whether or not you want to use one, small chairs, $15, lounge chair, $60, and a cabana $300. Absolutely insane, to do this to their paying guests!!!😡 Here is a picture of a vent in our room, filthy...can't imagine the germs and bacteria growing within that!! And...nice view (after being promised ocean view!!)

Pool desk needs to set up a camera. The reactions upon hearing the price, as a guest, IS priceless. They shamelessly make up any price. 20? 70? Depends on how they are feeling.Casino is bright and boring. ATM fees $9.Room in centurion was excellent.Food was good. Although expensive, not much more expensive than the garbage on the boardwalk. I'd say forget the boardwalk at all.Valet was great and $20 for the entire stay. 4 nights. There is a lot of beach. The mall? made me feel like I was in that zombie movie. Sad AND scary.Have fun!

The worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed! It took an hour to check in: after I lined up for 45 minutes for check in, I was told even I have the hotel confirmation for non smoking room, the hotel doesn’t have non-smoking room as a group rate. I need to pay $125 per night extra to get a non-smoking room! While I was waiting to see a supervisor, the front desk gave another customer non-smoking room without any extra charge! Then a supervisor finally came out, not to see me, he came out was to help his friend check in so he doesn’t have to wait 46 minutes like every body else!!I didn’t get a non-smoking room. I got a key for a smoking room and the front desk told me an incorrect room number then we had to go down back to the front desk to correct the room key! Finally 1.5 hour total waiting time, the room I got was nowhere like a 4-star hotel at all, see the pictures I took below: it’s a dusty, rusty and smelly room.It is the worst room, the worst customer service I ever experienced in a 4-star hotel!!Avoid it! There are plenty of much better hotels in this area!

First, nothing in the way of restaurant eating was open on the Monday 12/18 or Tuesday 12/19 except Hell's Kitchen and my wife and I were not interested. The floor of the room was dirty and the rug was too. Second, the little plate on the shower came off when I dialed up the hot water. The bathroom is beautiful. Housekeeping was lovely, so was front desk staff. The exclusives store was not open. Our room overlooked hotel roofs and the harbor, but not the ocean. Smoking area casino was dismal and machines were not hitting. Unhappy stay, but next time better planning on my part is in order. So I'll leave it at that. The city has a lack of seating as you are walking and street signs are confusing. They did let us change our reservation though to cut off a day, 12/20, without penalty.

Great location , close outlets , beach , boardwalk.Casinos have options for smokers and non-smokers. Unfortunately only one restaurant was at the end of December, Starbucks and a little cafe with sandwiches and sweets. Rooms was quiet, beds are soft clean , different pillows on your choice, no problems with AC to hit up room in winter as well. Nothing exciting to be about but also nothing to be a complaining about. No view from my room in South Tower windows was even covered by some film. No place for kids , no lounges for family time or rest time , a few tables near the check in desk that's all you got.

Haven’t even experienced this in the worst motel, room service doesn’t wash the towels I guess? Not to mention the bed bugs. Their response was a $50 food credit. We stay here and gamble pretty often but won’t be returning

We had an impromptu one night stay on our way through Atlantic City. The service was great: friendly and efficient. Rooms are large, modern and well appointed. Great location on the boardwalk. The dining and entertainment levels are beautiful and clean. What I was disappointed in was the poor house keeping given the steep price for a basic room: $500 per night (taxes alone were around $100 of that) and there was thick dust on the bathroom light fixture, mold in the shower. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep because of all the street noise, I was surprised the windows weren't a better quality to damp the sound.

Arrived for a one night stay for my first AC experience. First, don’t come to AC, there’s really nothing to do other than gamble and I like to gamble. It’s sketchy. There were people asking for money even on the floor of the casino and the moment you stepped outside. Repeatedly. Even with security guards walking around. I got here, stood in line at the desk, got to my room, and my room was a disaster. It felt like I had walked into someone else room after they had been there a few days. The lovely woman at the desk moved me and apologized. I walked down the boardwalk but it’s just sad. I played games for a bit which was fine but you can just tell they are not doing well and trying to find anyway they can to make money other than being better. You’ll get a $15 charge for checking in early, $10 for self parking pretty far away, no restaurants open in the middle of the week other than a $$$ restaurant. But it’s prob not ceasars it’s prob just AC. Don’t waste your time and money.

Booked a room forlast night, September 12, 2024 the room was OK, somewhat of an ocean view, paid for am upgraded room. Didn't have a tub as I expected with the room upgrade but the major issue I had with the room was it was hot. We had the room set to 65, never went below 70 degrees. Woke up a few times at night sweaty. However I didn't call front desk as it was late and I didn't want to change rooms at 3 am. We turned the air down earlier expecting the room to be nice when we got back but it was just warm. The staff was good, the room was OK.

This is the first or 2nd time staying at this location of Caesars, but gambled many times here. Table games $15-25 found spots easy, dealers were more personable then the last time which was nice. Drink service at the tables were better then most in the area, but not as good as they do in Vegas. 1 out of 4 stood out, like back in the days. Thank you if your reading this I had a fun night of blackjack.

We stayed in a newly renovated room (2831) in the Centurion tower. Had an ocean view which was nice. Everything looked clean and new. Every staff member from front desk to housekeeping were courteous & helpful. Had breakfast at the cafe by front desk, also ate twice at Gordon Ramsay's pub and had one extravagant dinner at Hell's Kitchen. Location meant we could walk to most anything on the boardwalk. Parked in the coliseum garage, ended up paying $10 to park with a $5 discount at check-in.

Our room was okay, mold in the ice bucket and you can tell there's very little, basic cleaning. The beds were very comfy and the nightlife was 100%. Just surprising with such a big name that the rooms and service don't match. Saturday morning we woke up to housekeeping banging on the door at 9am like the police to change the sheets we weren't out of yet. Even with the DND sign on the door. Also, to be able to use the pool for $80 to have a BAR STOOL is a joke. Come on... what we pay for should lead to luxury, excellent service and access to amenities that we have to pay so much money in for taxes and fees at the end of the trip.

We only walked through to experience the feel of the place. It was sad - only a few folk were playing in the casino, dull and old decor. I imagine in its heyday it was something to see, but we left feeling glad we didn't have to stay here.

I would love to give a 5 star but the food service throw me a star(or maybe 2). I’m surprised there’s no room service for such a big hotel! Basically no food from 2am until 8am! I couldn’t imagine people gambling til late and want to have some great food, but seriously nothing at all. The latest one opened until 2am is KWI Chinese food and burger in Wild West casino. I starved myself until next morning and the only one open at 8am is Gordon Ramsey pub. (Yes only place for breakfast)The room is fantastic. Got upgraded to a suite, big room with massive bathroom! The shower is amazing! I love high pressure water and that’s so important! There’s no NON smoking suite. Smoking is optional on suite floor, and the odor will transfer from next room to our room! The whole night I smelled smoke but it’s gone by the morning. Also, no full size mirror in the room!!!The stay was great but I wish Caesar can really improve those things above and it would make such a difference in stay and customer satisfaction.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and organized. Management does a great job supporting the front desk. As someone who works in hotels I was impressed with checking in and checking out.I lost a lot of money, but I had a great time doing it.

We ate Morton's as a group of about 20 which was phenomenal from the appetizers to desserts. Service was swift and courteous and prices were fair. Great overall experience!
