Hi,

Recently for whatever reason, my Dragon Center has started switching profiles whenever I press Ctrl + 1
It was not doing this before and is very annoying because one of the games that I play uses a lot of Ctrl + Number hotkey combinations.
I've tried googling how to change the Dragon Center hotkeys, but I haven't found any useful results.
Please tell me, how do I change or disable profile switching hotkeys for Dragon Center?
Thanks

Hello - I would also love to figure out how to turn off profile switching on MSI laptops? Does anyone have a solution besides uninstalling dragon center? Thanks!

Hi - Do you have any suggestions in terms how to disable the profile switching? Does it change profiles automatically? Or am I likely hitting the shortcuts to switch profiles by accident in game? Thanks

Hi I know this post is pretty old but I have run into the same issue and struggled with it for a couple months before I found a solution and it is stupid simple.
Open the Dragon Center, it will deafult to the CURRENT profile however that is more of an overview of the settings currently applied rather tha a profile (although you can modify it without affecting saved profiles).
Next to the "Current" you will have 5 profile slots: Performance, Theater, Meeting,Custom 01 and 02.
What you have to do is go over to each of those profiles and on the left under the profile name there is a shortcut string, you have to press the little X to remove it than save the profile (you can set up a different shortcut if you really want).

And voila, you no longer need to deal with those pesky shorcuts clashing with you games or software and making a mess.

Hope this helps anybody passing by.
